How to judge the quality of excavator chain assembly?
1. The surface of the link plate should be smooth and the gap
should be uniform.
2. The assembly should be firmly fastened and the link plate should
not be loose.
3. The rivet should be firmly connected and the head should be
flush with the surface of the link plate.
4. The link plate should not be bent, cracked or worn.
5. The surface of the pin should be smooth and the gap between the
pins should be uniform.
6. The pin should be firmly fixed and the chamfer should be
uniform.
7. The bearing should be firmly installed, the surface should be
smooth and the gap should be uniform.
How to replace the excavator chain assembly?
1. Gather the necessary tools and parts. You will need a
replacement excavator chain assembly, a socket set, a wrench set,
and a hammer.
2. Park the excavator in a level, stable position.
3. Disconnect the battery to ensure safety.
4. Remove the old chain assembly by loosening the bolts that hold
it in place. Use the socket set and wrench set to do this.
5. Once the old chain assembly has been removed, clean the area
around the track and sprockets to ensure there are no debris or
